| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení současného stavu procesu adaptace ve společnosti PPECIOSA-LUSTRY, a. s., ve všech jeho oblastech a rovinách. Provedený kvalitativní výzkum při využití dotazníkového šetření a rozhovoru s personalistou zachycuje současný průběh adaptačního procesu a jeho hodnocení ze strany zaměstnanců obchodního úseku firmy. Tato práce je rozdělena do tří částí, a to na teoretickou, metodologickou a analytickou. Teoretická část obsahuje vysvětlení pojmů týkajících se tématu práce a faktorů ovlivňujících adaptační proces. Metodologická část popisuje používané metody a techniky sběru dat. Analytická část seznamuje čtenáře se společností PRECIOSA-LUSTRY, a. s., a popisuje adaptační program, který existuje ve společnosti. Výsledky dotazníkového šetření slouží pro návrh opatření na zlepšení adaptačního procesu, což je i hlavním přínosem práce. |

| Abstract: | The objective of the thesis is to evaluate the current status of the process of adaptation in the company PRECIOSA-LUSTRY a. s. in all its areas. The conducted quality research using surveys and interviews with staffing manager shows the current status and its evaluation from staff members of the business section of the company. The thesis is divided into three parts - the theoretical part, the methodological part and analytical part. The theoretical part explains the terms connected with the topic of the thesis and the factors influencing the process of adaptation. The methodological part describes the methods and the techniques used for collecting data. The analytical part acquaints readers with the company PRECIOSA-LUSTRY a.s. and describes the adaptation programme which exists in this company. The results of the surveys are used for suggesting a set of measures that would improve the process of adaptation, which is also the biggest benefit of this thesis. |
