| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá metodami fundraisingu v nestátních neziskových organizacích (NNO). Práce se v teoretické části věnuje fungování NNO v obecné rovině a následně definuje fundraising a pojmy, které s ním úzce souvisí. Dále uvádí rešerši aktuálních metod využívaných pro fundraisingové účely, problematiku zdrojů a plánování. Praktická část se věnuje popisu a analýze konkrétní NNO – Střediska Radost. Její součástí bylo i uspořádání benefiční akce, jejíž výsledky jsou prezentovány. Z analýzy pak práce vyvozuje doporučení vycházející z poznatků odborné literatury popsané v teoretické části, která by měla přispět ke zlepšení fundraisingových postupů využívaných v organizaci |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with methods of fundraising in non-governmental non-profit organizations (NGO). The theoretical part deals with the functioning of NGOs in general and then defines fundraising and terms that are closely related. It also provides a review of current methods used for fundraising purposes, possible resources and planning. The practical part focuses on the description and analysis of a specific NGO – Středisko Radost. Part of the work was the organization of a benefit event, the results of which are presented. From the analysis recommendations are drawn based on the findings of specialized literature described in the theoretical part, which should contribute to the improvement of the fundraising processes used in the organization. |
