| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na finanční analýzu společnosti Tritia, spol. s r. o., pomocí veřejně dostupných účetních informací a na následnou prognózu vývoje tohoto výrobce a dodavatele pečiva. Pro výpočty jsou použita data z období 2012-2016.Práce je rozdělena do třech na sebe navazujících částí. První z nich je metodická, v níž jsou vymezeny a definovány teoretické základy prováděné analýzy. V části druhé jsou tyto metody a zásady pak aplikované na zkoumanou společnost. Součástí jsou výsledky finanční analýzy dané společnosti s ohledem na celkové perspektivy odvětví, mezipodnikové porovnání a SWOT analýza. Na to navazuje prognóza budoucího vývoje, včetně plánované rozvahy, plánovaného výkazu zisku a ztráty a plánovaného přehledu o peněžních tocích. V poslední části jsou shrnuty výsledky a vyvozeny závěry. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to carry out a financial analysis of the company Tritia, spol. s r. o., for the period of the years 2012-2016 and subsequently make a realistic forecast about its foreseeable future. First of the three parts of this thesis is methodological and therefore contains the theoretical basis for conducted financial analysis (generally defined objectives, users and sources of a financial analysis). Whereas the second one applies theory in practice: financial analysis itself, comparison not only with competitors, but also with the sector of the economy as a whole and SWOT analysis. Followed by the short-term prognosis of future development of the company. The final part will be devoted to summarization and evaluation of the results, checking the fulfilment of the set goals and answers to questions of interest. |
