| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je zhodnotit aktuální strategickou pozici firmy a na základě získaných výstupů z jednotlivých analýz doporučit vhodné řešení strategie. V teoretické části jsou popsány potřebné kroky k úspěšné tvorbě strategie a následně aplikovány v praktické části. Teoretická část začíná stanovením podnikových cílů, poslání a vize, přes analýzu externího prostředí, kde bylo využito PESTEL analýzy pro makro-okolí a Porterův model pěti sil pro mikro-okolí. Interní analýza obsahuje analýzu zdrojů pomocí VRIO, hodnototvorný řetězec a finanční analýzu. Na závěr jsou vyhodnoceny silné a slabé stránky podniku ve SWOT analýze a následně doporučená strategie. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this work is to evaluate the current strategic position of the company and to recommend an appropriate strategy solution on the basis of obtained results from the individual analyses. The theoretical part describes and details the steps necessary for a successful strategy development, which are then applied in the practical part. The theoretical part begins with the setting of business objectives, missions and vision, through an analysis of the external environment where PESTEL analysis for macro-environment and Porter's model of five micro-environment forces were used. The internal analysis includes resource analysis VRIO, value chain and financial analysis. Finally, the strengths and weaknesses of the company are evaluated in the SWOT analysis and eventually the strategy is recommended. |
