| Abstract: | Ve studentských organizacích vyvstávají výkyvy ve výkonnosti při odchodu autorit. Práce představuje návod na zlepšení chodu studentské organizace, kdy by se členové měli více ztotožňovat s vizí a cíli spolku než jen s osobou či lidmi ve vedení. Provedeným výzkumem bylo zjištěno, že ve studentských organizacích je mnohem více potřeba klást důraz na vychování nastupujících vůdců a snahu předat jim co nejvíce zkušeností. Přínosem práce je zanechání odkazu budoucím předsedům a prezidentům studentských spolků, kteří budou chtít zlepšit chod své organizace. |

| Abstract: | Student organisations experience performance drops when authorities depart. The thesis presents a guideline for improving the operation of student organisations, in making sure its members identify more with the vision and purpose of the association, rather than simply with the person or persons in leadership roles. Our research revealed that student organisations ought to place more emphasis on nurturing future leaders and on efforts to pass onto them as much experience as possible. The submission’s positive aim is to leave behind a possible guideline for future chairmen and presidents of student society, wishing to improve the performance of their organisations. |
