| Abstract: | Předkládaná bakalářská práce se zabývá znalectvím v oboru výtvarného umění na území České republiky z pohledu výkonu samotného znalce v tomto oboru. V první části zkoumá z legislativního pohledu historii znalectví v České republice, poté detailně vykládá platnou úpravu a podmínky znalecké činnosti u nás. V další části se zabývá specifiky a metodami znalectví ve výtvarném umění, které jej v mnohých případech odlišují od ostatních znaleckých oborů. V závěrečné části již analyzuje konkrétní stav, počty, předpoklady a výkon znalce výtvarného umění v České republice. Přínosem předkládané práce tak bude analýza výkonu znalecké činnosti v oboru výtvarného umění u nás. |

| Abstract: | This Bachelor’s thesis deals with the connoisseurship in the field of fine art from the point of view of the performance of the connoisseur himself in this field, and especially the fulfillment of the facts of the connoisseur. In the first part examines the history of connoisseurship in the Czech Republic, including the legislative anchoring, then interprets in detail the validation and conditions of the connoisseur activity in the Czech Republic. It also deals with the specifics of art, which in many cases distinguish it from other fields of expertise. In the final part, thesis analyzes the specific situation, numbers, assumptions, and performance of a connoisseurship in the Czech Republic. The contribution of the presented work will be an analysis of the performance of expert activities in the field of arts in our country. |
