| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku spokojenosti a motivace zaměstnanců. Cílem této práce je změřit tyto oblasti, vyhodnotit výsledky a navrhnout opatření, která by vedla ke zlepšení současné situace. V teoretické části jsou zpracované poznatky z literatury a článků, jak z oblasti personalistky, psychologie, tak i behaviorální ekonomie. Jsou zde představené oblasti, se kterými se dále pracuje v praktické časti, a to problematika fluktuace a vlivy na ní, oblast spokojenosti a motivace a na závěr je zde uvedená interní komunikace, která má na motivaci a spokojenost zásadní vliv. Praktická část se pak zabývá představením společnosti, metodologií provedeného dotazníku a představením zjištěných výsledků. V závěru práce je celá práce shrnuta a na základě dosažených výsledků jsou navrhnuty opatření pro zlepšení současné situace. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis focuses on the satisfaction and motivation of employees. The aim of this work is to measure these areas, evaluate and propose results that would improve the current situation. In the theoretical part, the knowledge from literature and articles, from personalists, psychological and behavioural economics is elaborated. There are presented areas, which are further processed in the practical part. The problems of fluctuation and the effects on it, the area of satisfaction and motivation and, there is the internal communication that has an essential influence on motivation and satisfaction. The practical part concerns the introduction of the company, the methodology of the questionnaire and the presentation of the results. In the end, based on the achieved measures, is this thesis summarized and results are proposed to improve the current situation. |
