| Abstract: | Úkolem bakalářská práce je analýza trhu práce se zaměřením na problematiku nezaměstnanosti v Kraji Vysočina v průběhu let 2010-2016 s podrobnější orientací na situaci v okrese Pelhřimov. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní pojmy a charakteristiky trhu práce, nezaměstnanost z pohledu mikroekonomie a dále z pohledu náplně činnosti Úřadu práce. V praktické části, je provedena analýza trhu práce v Kraji Vysočina a jeho okresech, vývoj nezaměstnanosti, podíl nezaměstnaných osob, aktivní politika nezaměstnanosti zaměřená především na problémové skupiny na trhu práce. Větší prostor je věnován okresu Pelhřimov. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty výsledky provedené analýzy. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyze the labor market focusing on the issue of unemployment in the Vysočina Region during 2010-2016 with a more detailed focus on the situation in the Pelhřimov district. The theoretical part describes the basic terms and characteristics of the labor market, the unemployment from the point of view of microeconomics and also from the point of view of the work of the Labor Office. In the practical part, labor market analysis is carried out in the Vysočina Region and its districts, the unemployment development, the share of unemployed people, the active unemployment policy focused mainly on problem groups on the labor market. More space is devoted to Pelhřimov district. At the end of the thesis, the results of the analysis are summarized. |
