| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá trainee programem ve vybrané organizaci. Cílem je zanalyzovat trainee program ve společnosti, zjistit spokojenost účastníků s tímto programem, zformulovat silné a slabé stránky programu. Výsledkem je návrh doporučení pro zlepšení současného stavu. Teoretická část se zabývá plánováním lidských zdrojů, získáváním pracovníků, vzděláváním a rozvojem, talent managementem a trainee programem. Metodika se skládá z prostudování veřejně dostupné literatury, která se zabývá tímto tématem, dále dotazníkovým šetřením účastníků programu a rozhovoru s personalistkou. V praktické části je zanalyzován trainee program a prováděn průzkum mezi účastníky trainee programu. V závěru jsou shrnuty zjištěné poznatky z praktické části spolu s návrhy na potenciální zlepšení. |

| Abstract: | The Diploma thesis deals with trainee programme in the selected company. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the trainee programme in the company, determine the experience of the participants and to identify weak and strong points of the programme. Based on these findings suggestions for improved trainee programme are presented. The Theory part introduces the planning of human resources, addressing employees, learning and development of employees, talent management and trainee programme. The Metodology part first focuses on the analysis of the literature dealing with this topic. Next introduces questionaire for the participants of the project and finally presents the interview with the human resource worker. The practical part provides details about the trainee programme and outputs of the questionaire given to the participants. Finally, the findings of the practical parts are summarized and possible improvement of the trainee programme suggested. |
