| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá motivací zaměstnanců v oblasti kultury a turismu, konkrétně v komerčním muzeu voskových figurín, a je rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoretická část specifikuje motivaci zaměstnanců k práci, motivační faktory, které ji ovlivňují, a vybrané motivační koncepce. Praktická část blíže představí konkrétní společnost a její současný motivační systém pro zaměstnance provozu. Cílem bakalářské práce je pak tento systém analyzovat, zhodnotit a případně optimalizovat tak, aby vedl ke zlepšení motivace zaměstnanců, a tím i k větší efektivitě celé organizace. |

| Abstract: | Bachelor thesis deals with motivation of employees in the sphere of culture and tourism, specifically in a wax museum. It consists of two main parts. The first part is theoretical and it describes work motivation of employees and factors of motivation in general. Further, it introduces some of the most important theories of motivation. The second part is empirical and it provides a closer look at the chosen company and its current system of motivation for operations staff. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyse, evaluate and optimize the current system. Suggested changes should improve the satisfaction of employees and finally, it can lead to better efficiency of the whole company. |
