| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se věnuje optimalizaci objednávání retailera z pohledu dodavatele. Cílem diplomové práce je popsat, jakým způsobem retailer objednává zboží, a na základě analýz poté navrhnout možnosti optimalizace těch procesů, kde budou identifikovány prostory pro zlepšení. První část práce obsahuje teoretické poznatky z dané problematiky, druhá část je praktická a zkoumá a analyzuje současný stav, na základě kterého pak navrhuje řešení. Metodikou práce je analýza a syntéza interních dat společnosti a metoda hloubkových rozhovoru s odborníky. Ambicí této práce je sestavení v praxi použitelných doporučení, jejichž implementace by umožnila zefektivnění procesů. |

| Abstract: | The master‘s thesis deals with the optimization of the retailer’s ordering process from the supplier’s point of view. The aim of the diploma thesis is to describe the way a retailer orders and analyzes the goods, and afterwards to propose a few possibilities of optimization of the processes where the areas for improvement will be identified. The first part of the thesis contains theoretical knowledge from the given topic, the second part is practical and examines and analyses the current state, on the basis of which it then proposes a solution. Work methodology is analysis and synthesis of internal data of the company and method of interviews with experts. The ambition of this thesis is to compile a few recommendations, which coul be implemented to make the processes more effective. |
