| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na procesy zpětných toků v oblasti internetových obchodů v modelu B2C. Cílem této práce je na základě informací a dat od vybraných internetových obchodů zmapovat procesy, které jsou spojené s řešením zpětných toků v internetových obchodech a vyčíslit náklady, které mohou být spojené s řešením každého případu vráceného zboží. Dále je cílem této práce na základě zjištěných informací z vybraných e-shopů a statistik, popisujících stav současného e-commerce, navrhnout seznam kritérií, která se nejvíce promítají na objemu zpětných toků a nákladů s nimi spojenými, doplněný o doporučení, která mohou mít pozitivní dopad na celý proces spojený se zpětnými toky. |

| Abstract: | This master thesis is focused on reverse flows in e-commerce in the field of B2C model. The aim of this thesis is to map processes related to solving of reverse flows in online retails and quantify costs that are associated with these processes. This thesis is based on information and data from selected e-shops. Next goal based on mentioned data, information and statistics describing current e-commerce situation is propose the list of criteria that are most relevant to the volume of reverse flows and costs associated with them. This list is supplemented by recommendations that may have positive effect on the whole process of reverse flows, returns and expenses. |
