| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je vytvoření podnikatelského plánu investiční společnosti na společné investování do nemovitostí s investory. Jeho účelem je představit a vysvětlit fungování podnikatelského záměru investorům, a proto se zaměřuje na podnikatelský záměr i z jejich pohledu. Tematicky je diplomová práce rozdělena do dvou částí. První část se věnuje terminologii a rešerši literatury. Druhá část obsahuje zpracovaný podnikatelský plán, který byl sepsán na základě definované struktury v teoretické části. Obsahuje především detailní popis podnikatelského záměru, analýzu trhu a konkurence, popsání investičního procesu a vypracování finančního plánu se zaměřením na investora. K analyzování trhu a konkurence byly použity především metody srovnávání a syntézy. Práce je zakončena závěrem, v jejímž rámci jsou zhodnoceny přínosy diplomové práce. |

| Abstract: | The goal of the Master’s Thesis is to create a investments company’s business plan for joint investing in real estate with other investors. Its purpose is to introduce and explain the operation of the business idea to the investors, and therefore it focuses on their perspective as well. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part deals with the terminology and literature search. The second part cons a processed business plan, which was written based on the defined structure from the theoretical part. It includes a detailed description of the business idea, market and competition analysis, description of the investment process and a financial plan focused on the investor’s perspective. To create the market and competition analysis the comparative and synthesis methods were used, in particular. The thesis is ended with a conclusion, which evaluates the benefits of the diploma thesis. |
