| Abstract: | The aim of my Bachelor Thesis is to create a business plan for the educational club “Next Generation”. The purpose of the business plan is to create the strategy, which will allow the business successfully compete on the market. The theoretical part covers various aspects of a business. The practical part of the thesis consists of the description of the conducted analyses, researches, and surveys. Macro and micro environments are analyzed by the SWOT, PEST and Porter’s Five Forces analyses. Marketing mix and Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning model were used to design the marketing plan. The financial plan will present costs and scenarios for the 3-year forecast. |

| Abstract: | Cílem mé bakalářské práce je vytvořit podnikatelský plán pro vzdělávací klub "Next Generation". Cílem podnikatelského záměru je vytvořit strategii, která umožní úspěšnému konkurzu na trhu. Teoretická část se zabývá různými aspekty podnikání. Praktická část práce spočívá v popisu provedených analýz, výzkumů a průzkumů. Makro a mikro prostředí jsou analyzovány analýzami SWOT, PEST a Porter's Five Forces. Marketingový mix a segmentace, cílení, modelování polohy byly použity k vytvoření marketingového plánu. Finanční plán představí náklady a scénáře pro tříletou prognózu. |
