| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je objasnění problematiky vyváženého leadershipu a zmapování vybraných aspektů vyváženého leadershipu u mladých vedoucích týmů v konkrétní organizaci. Výzkum byl proveden pomocí dotazníků podaných vedoucím a jejich podřízeným, jejich porovnáním a následným polostrukturovaným rozhovorem s vedoucími. Výstupem práce je shrnutí problémů, se kterými se jednotlivý lídři v kontextu vyváženého leadershipu potýkají, a doporučení pro společnost, jak by se mohla zachovat ve vztahu k těmto problémům. Přínosem této práce je upozornění společnosti a jejich vedoucích na problematiku vyváženého leadershipu a některých jeho aspektů, poukázání na některé kritické situace u jednotlivých vedoucích a navrhnutí doporučení na zlepšení. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this diploma thesis is to clarify the issue of versatile leadership and to map selected aspects of versatile leadership among young leaders in an organization. The research was conducted using questionnaires submitted to the young supervisors and their subordinates, comparison of these questionnaires, following by semi-structured interviews with the supervisors. The output of the paper is a summary of the problems faced by individual leaders in the context of versatile leadership, and recommendations for the organization how it could be improved in relation to these issues. The value of this work lies in warning the company and its leaders about the issue of versatile leadership and some of its aspects, pointing to some critical situations of the individual leaders and suggesting recommendations for improvement. |
