| Abstract: | Diplomová práce má za cíl vytvoření podnikatelského plánu zabývajícího se výrobou a prodejem ozdob na obuv, oblečení a na další doplňky. Práce se skládá ze tří částí. Teoretická část představuje význam, typy a strukturu podnikatelského plánu a následně pojednává o společenské odpovědnosti a nakládání s použitým oblečením a obuví. Předmětem metodické části je kvalitativní výzkum a podrobné rozebrání metody focus group, která byla provedena pro účely této diplomové práce. Praktická část obsahuje samotný podnikatelský plán. Na závěr je vyhodnocena realizovatelnost a životaschopnost podnikatelského záměru. Z výpočtů v praktické části diplomové práce vyplývá, že k navrácení počáteční investice ve výši 260 000 Kč dojde během čtvrtého roku podnikání. |

| Abstract: | This Master‘s thesis aims to create a business plan dealing with production and sale of custom decorations for shoes, clothing and other accessories. The thesis consists of three parts. The theoretical part presents the importance, types and structure of the business plan and then deals with social responsibility and the handling of used clothing and footwear. The subject of the methodological part is qualitative research and detailed description of the Focus group, which was done for the purposes of this Master‘s thesis. The practical part contains the business plan itself. Finally, the feasibility and viability of the business plan are evaluated. The calculations in the practical part of the Master‘s thesis shows that the initial investment of CZK 260,000 will return during the fourth year of business. |
