| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem této práce, kromě představení právní úpravy definující proces insolvenčního řízení řešeného konkurzem dle Zákona č. 182/2006 Sb o úpadku a způsobech jeho řešení, v pozdějších znění pozdějších předpisů je též představení zkoumaného vzorku korporátních konkurzů z pohledu vybraných ekonomických a neekonomických faktorů. Zkoumaný vzorek je složen z 21 společností dle velikosti jejich obratu, které se nacházeli v databázi insolvenčních řízeních řešeným konkurzem mezi 1.1.2008 a 1.9.2017. Mezi hlavní zkoumané oblasti patří časový průběh insolvenčního řízení, struktura věřitelů a jejich pohledávek, proces zpeněžení majetkové podstaty a jeho způsoby, míra uspokojení jednotlivých skupin věřitelů a odměna insolvenčního správce. Výsledky tohoto výzkumu jsou komparovány na již proběhlé studie ze stejné oblasti a zároveň jsou z těchto dat analyzované hlavní faktory mající vliv na úspěšnost insolvenčního řízení. |

| Abstract: | The main objective of this Master’s thesis is, in addition to the introduction of a legal regulation defining the insolvency proceeding in bankruptcy proceedings under Act No. 182/2006 Coll. On Bankruptcy and Methods of its Resolution, is also the presentation of a sample of corporate bankruptcies in terms of selected economic and non-economic factors. The examined sample is composed of 21 companies according to the size of their turnover, which were found in the database of insolvency proceedings between the 1st January 2008 and 1 September 2017. The main areas investigated include the time course of insolvency proceedings, the structure of creditors and their claims, the process of asset monetization and its methods, the degree of satisfaction of individual groups of creditors and the remuneration of the insolvency trustee. The results of this research are compared to the already conducted studies from the same field of expertise and at the same time the main factors influencing the success of the insolvency proceedings are analyzed. |
