| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou kritického myšlení a způsobu jeho rozvoje na Vysoké škole ekonomické, katedře Manažerské psychologie a sociologie, s cílem poskytnout teoretický přehled o tématu a jeho praktické využití ve výuce. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. V té první shrnuji aktuální poznatky a výzkumy týkající se kritického myšlení ve vzdělávání, popisuji, co to kritické myšlení je, proč je pro studenty vysokých škol důležité a jaká specifika jeho rozvoj obnáší. Ve druhé části analyzuji podporu rozvoje kritického myšlení v předmětech vedlejší specializace Manažerská psychologie a sociologie s cílem zjistit, jestli je rozvoj kritického myšlení výukou podporován. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis deals with the topic of critical thinking and the means of its development in the University of Economics, department of Managerial Psychology and Sociology, with an aim to provide a theoretical overview of the topic and its practical use in education. This work is divided into two parts. In the first part, I summarize current knowledge and research on the topic of critical thinking in education, describe what critical thinking is and why critical thinking is important for university students and what specifics are connected to its development. In the second part, I analyze the support of the development of critical thinking in the minor field of Managerial Psychology and Sociology with an aim to determine whether the development of critical thinking is supported by teaching. |
