| Abstract: | Cíl této diplomové práce spočívá ve vypracování strategického systému řízení pro nefinanční společnost ICOM transport a.s., která je významným poskytovatelem služeb autobusové a nákladní dopravy. Teoreticko-metodologická část je věnována představení základních pojmů, analytických nástrojů a metod následně uplatněných v praktické části práce. V rámci praktické části je nejprve krátce představena analyzovaná společnost a posouzena její současná strategie. Následně je provedena strategická analýza, z níž získaná data tvoří základ pro navržení strategického systému řízení Balanced Scorecard. Nejprve jsou v rámci čtyř perspektiv formulovány strategické cíle. V závislosti na použité metodice je každému cíli přiřazeno vhodné měřítko a konkrétní strategická akce. Kauzalita strategických cílů je znázorněna prostřednictvím strategické mapy. Závěr diplomové práce shrnuje zjištěné výsledky, hodnotí naplnění vytyčeného cíle a v neposlední řadě sděluje praktický přínos. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this master’s thesis consists in designing a strategic management system for the non-financial company ICOM transport a.s., which is an important provider of bus and freight transport services. The theoretical part is devoted to the introduction of basic concepts, analytical tools and methods subsequently applied in the practical part of the thesis. At the beginning of the practical part, the analysed company is briefly presented and its current strategy is evaluated. Subsequently, strategic analysis is carried out and the data obtained from it forms the basis for designing the strategic management system Balanced Scorecard. Initially, strategic goals are formulated within four perspectives. Depending on the methodology used, to each goal is assigned suitable metrics and specific strategic actions. The causality of strategic goals is illustrated through the strategic map. The conclusion of the master’s thesis summarizes the results, evaluates the achievement of the set goal and last but not least, communicates practical benefits. |
