| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce zkoumá, zda zavedení FTL (celovozové zásilky) do Ruska sníží náklady na dopravu. V současné době firma HPI převáží veškeré ruské zásilky přes distribuční centrum v Polsku, kde jsou zásilky vyloženy a následně rozesílány jednotlivým zákazníkům. Cílem této práce je zjistit, zda po zavedení FTL dojde ke snížení celkových nákladů na přepravu. Pokud se náklady sníží, tak se dále bude zjišťovat, zda se vyplatí investovat 10 000 € do změny softwaru na rozřazování zásilek k odeslání. Dílčím úkolem bude zjistit, od jakého počtu palet se FTL zásilky vyplatí posílat. Pro výpočet byla použita čtyřměsíční reálná data. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis examines whether the implementation of FTL (full truck consignments) into Russia will reduce transport costs. Currently, company HPI transports all Russian consignments through a distribution centre in Poland, where consignments are unloaded and subsequently shipped to individual customers. The aim of this thesis is to discover whether the total transport costs will be reduced after the implementation of FTL. If the costs are reduced, it needs to be investigated if the investment of 10 000 € to change the dispatching software pays off. A partial task will be to determine the minimum number of pallets for FTL consignments. Four month real data was used for the calculation. |
