| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá řešením problémové situace ve společnosti DZS STRUHAŘOV, a. s. Jejím cílem je za pomocí manažerského rozhodování zvolit vhodnou investiční variantu, která bude zapadat do výrobní struktury celého holdingu a zajistí zmírnění dopadů příští krize na hospodaření společnosti ještě dříve, než nastane. Přínosem této práce je podrobná analýza situace, díky níž byly identifikovány potenci-ální problémové oblasti a navrženy varianty. Navrženými alternativními směry pro roz-voj společnosti byla rekonstrukce, rozšíření stávající výroby, vertikální integrace v podobě vlastní mlékárny a diverzifikace činností do jiného typu výroby. Konkrétním návrhem, který bude předložen jako nejvhodnější postup pro řešení problémové situace byla vyhodnocena varianta investování prostředků do vlastní mlékárny. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis focuses on the solution of the problem situation in the company DZS STRUHAŘOV, a. s. Its aim is to choose a suitable investment alternative, which will contribute into the current production structure and will be able to mitigate the impact of the next crisis on the company's profit before it occurs. Furthermore this thesis provides a detailed analysis of the situation and shows potential problems. In order to mitigate impact of potential problem areas, there were created following alternatives: a reconstruction, an extension of existing production, a vertical integration in the form of its own dairy plant and diversification of activities into another type of production. As the optimal alternative which will be presented as the most appropriate procedure for solving the problem situation, has been chosen to invest available resources in the own dairy plant. |
