| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na analýzu vlastního on-boarding procesu ve vybrané mezinárodní společnosti, podnikající v oboru logistických a stěhovacích služeb se sídlem v ČR, tedy procesu nástupu nových zaměstnanců do zaměstnání, přičemž nabízí praktická východiska zpracovaná na základě získaných teoretických poznatků a dosud získané praxe v oblasti personální práce. Výstupem je procesní manuál on-boardingu, určený pro místní HR oddělení společnosti XYZ a vypracovaný z pohledu ochrany osobních údajů zaměstnanců v souvislosti s obecným nařízením EU (GDPR), včetně grafického schématu toku těchto dat. Součástí je i diskuse a vlastní doporučení pro optimalizaci celého procesu. Cílem práce je navrhnout funkční manuál, který firma bude moci aplikovat ve své personální praxi. |

| Abstract: | Master thesis focuses on the practical analysis of the on-boarding process of a selected international company operating in the field of logistics and relocation services based in the Czech Republic, i.e. the process of getting new employees into employment, and that offers some practical based solutions based on the acquired theoretical knowledge and the experience gained in the area of personnel work. The main output of the thesis is a functional on-boarding process manual specially designed for Human Resources department of the local branch. Manual was prepared based on employee personal data protection legal requirements and regulations in connection with the new EU general regulation (GDPR). Output also includes a graphical scheme of the employee personal data flow. Thesis provides some recommendations for optimizing the on-boarding process. The aim of the thesis is to design a functional manual, that could be used by the local Human Resources department of the selected company. |
