| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je odhadnout tržní hodnotu podniku Budějovický Budvar, národní podnik. k 1. 1. 2018. V teoreticko - metodologické části je výčet a popis jednotlivých oceňovacích metod. Tyto metody jsou následně aplikovány v praktické části této práce. Odhad tržní hodnoty Budějovického Budvaru se opírá o analýzy a závěry ze strategické a finanční analýzy let 2012 až 2016. Na základech strategické a finanční analýzy je vytvořen finanční plán, který zachycuje plánovanou budoucnost podniku. K odhadu tržní ceny Budějovického Budvaru byla použita jako nosná metoda výnosová metoda DCF Equity, dále doplňkově metoda účetní hodnoty na principu historických cen a metoda stanovená pomocí tržních násobitelů. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this diploma thesis is to estimate the market value of Budweiser Budvar, a national enterprise. as of 1 January 2018. In the theoretical - methodological part is a list and description of individual valuation methods. These methods are subsequently applied in the practical part of this diploma. Budweiser Budvar's market value is based on analyzes and conclusions from the strategic and financial analysis from 2012 to 2016. Based on the strategic and financial analysis, a financial plan is created, to capture the planned future of the company. For the estimation of the market price of Budweiser Budvar, the DCF Equity yield method was used as a major method, as well as the book value method based on historical prices and the method determined using market multipliers. |
