| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá zpracováním podnikatelského plánu nového podniku Appleecek. Dokument je rozdělen na dvě části. První část má za cíl položit teoretický základ týkající se podnikání a všech klíčových oblastí kolem něj, včetně metod tvorby a struktury podnikatelského plánu. Část druhá je již praktická, zahrnující vypracování podnikatelského plánu, jenž zohledňuje i aktuální přístup Lean Start-Upu. Práce se zabývá podnikatelským plánem a oblastmi, které se k němu vztahují. Postupuje od definice problému týkající se klíčových stakeholderů k nabídce potenciálního řešení. Aby bylo možné naplnit stanovenou misi a vizi, je zapotřebí se dostat skrz marketingové kanály k cílovým zákazníkům, kteří budou danou službu využívat. Proveditelnost a ziskovost podnikatelského záměru bude záviset na finančním plánu, který společně s riziky usnadní zhodnocení realizovatelnosti projektu. |

| Abstract: | The topic of the diploma thesis is creating a business plan for new company named Appleecek. The thesis consists of two parts. First part aims to set theoretical basis regarding entrepreneurship and all the related key areas including creation of the business plan. The second part is practical and embraces development of the business plan which considers actual approach of the Lean Start-Up. The thesis covers all the related topics from definition of the issue regarding key stakeholders to potential solutions of the issue. In order to fulfill the mission and the vision it is necessary to reach target customers using marketing channels. Finally, the success of the business idea depends on financial plan and calculations which enables evaluation of feasibility of the project in terms of profitability and taking risks. Subsequently, it is about to decide whether to invest in the business or not. |
