| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku leasingu z pohledu českých účetních předpisů a z pohledu mezinárodních účetních standardů resp. IFRS 16 Leases, který bude účinný již v roce 2019 s možností dřívější aplikace. Teoretická část se zabývá analýzou účtování a vykazování leasingu v obou systémech. Praktická část se věnuje řešení modelového příkladu ze strany pronajímatele i ze strany nájemce. Cílem práce je popsat a porovnat jednotlivé přístupy ve vykazování leasingu a následně zachytit rozdíly v jejich vykazování na konkrétním příkladu z praxe. |

| Abstract: | The focus of this bachelor thesis is on describing and analysing accounting for and financial reporting of leases according to Czech accounting regulations and international financial accounting standard 16 Leases, which is effective for annual reporting periods beginning in 2019, with earlier adoption permitted. The theoretical part is supported by a practical model example which is presented from the perspective of both lessor and lessee. The aim of the thesis is to describe and compare the individual approaches in the reporting of leases and demonstrate differences in the guidance on a practical example. |
