| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá managementem produkce a organizace a celkovým vývojem projektu Skate of Mind. Teoretická část práce nejprve nastíní klasický průběh tvorby obdobných projektů, včetně možností financování, aby poté praktická část mohla poukázat, nakolik byl tento projekt odlišný či stejný. V této části práce je popsán i klasický výrobní štáb, aby v praktické části dostatečně vynikl rozdíl zpracovávaného projektu. Praktická část práce je zpracována formou case study a zohlední projekt v několika fázích v průběhu let. Projekt má za sebou již tři sezóny a je tak možné sledovat progres a vývoj po jednotlivých letech. Rozvoj je popsán nejen na formátech zpracování, ale také na použité technologii, dosažených výsledcích a premiérových tour. |

| Abstract: | This master’s thesis describes the production and organization management and the overall development of the Skate of Mind project. The theoretical part of the thesis outlines the typical course of management of similar projects, including funding possibilities. In this part of the thesis is described the classical production staff, so that in the practical part, the difference of the processed project is sufficiently distinguished. The practical part then describes the similarities and differences within this project. The practical part of the thesis is elaborated in the form of a case study and describes the project in several phases over the years. The project has been running for three seasons, and it is possible to monitor the progress and the development in individual years. Development is described not only in processing formats, but also on the technology used, the results achieved and the premiere tours. |
