| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je vypracovat finanční analýzu společnosti Navláčil stavební firma, s. r. o. za období let 2012 až 2016 a následné provedení prognózy vývoje společnosti na rok 2017.Práce je rozdělena do 3 hlavních částí. V metodické části je definována metodika finanční analýzy, ukazatele a modely použité v této práci. V praktické části je tato teorie aplikována na vybranou společnost. Praktická část obsahuje seznámení se se společností, vymezení specifik odvětví, horizontální a vertikální analýzu výkazů a analýzu poměrových ukazatelů. V poslední části je provedena prognóza budoucího vývoje na rok 2017. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to perform financial analysis of company Navláčil stavební firma, s. r. o. for the period 2012 to 2016 and to predict future development for the year 2017.The thesis is divided into 3 main parts. In the first, methodical part, there are methods, indicators and models used in the practical part described. In the practical part there is information about the company, definition of the construction industry, horizontal and vertical analysis of financial statements and selected financial indicators analysis. In the last part there is prognosis of future development for 2017 performed. |
