| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce zkoumá obchodní praktiky 110 online obchodů v celé Evropě a snaží se zjistit,které praktiky dělají z těch nejlepších obchodů ty nejlepší tzv. best practices. Jako hlavní analytickýaparát zde poslouží benchmark, který obsahuje na 49 různých metrik čtyř kategorií: finanční, webové,obchodní a sociální. Práce dále porovnává český obchod Mall.cz s jeho evropskými konkurenty.Závěrem práce je navržení Mall.cz konkrétní kroky pro zlepšení své konkurenceschopnosti. |

| Abstract: | This master's thesis analyses business practices of 110 online stores in Europe and tries to find thosepractices that make the best stores the best i.e. best practices. A benchmark is used as the main analyticframework that includes 49 different metrics across four categories: financial, web, business and social.This work also compares Czech online store Mall.cz with its European competitors. The conclusionof this final work is to suggest specific steps to Mall.cz to improve its competitiveness. |
