| Abstract: | Vodohospodářské památkové objekty jsou typem industriálních památek, pro který se jen obtížně hledá nové využití. Pro danou lokalitu mají přitom značný význam, jsou dokladem technologického vývoje, součástí urbánní krajiny a v některých případech také pohledovou dominantou. V případě kvalitní přestavby se mohou stát obdivovaným architektonickým dílem. Práce popisuje vodohospodářské památkové objekty v Praze a jejich současné využití. Cílem práce je vyhodnocení hledisek urbanistických, technologických, ekologických, provozních a ekonomických. Práce hledá doporučení, jak eliminovat rizika spojená s obnovou industriální památky. Konkrétní příklady přestavby a nového využití industriálních památek v Praze vedou k formulování obecných závěrů a doporučení pro tyto objekty. |

| Abstract: | Water industry heritage monuments are types of industrial monuments, for those it is difficult to find a new way of utilization. They are objects of considerable importance to their surrounding, they bring evidence of technological development, form a part of the urban landscape and, in some cases, are also an important dominant. In the case of successful renovation they may become an admirable architectural work. The thesis describes water industry heritage monuments in Prague and their current use. The aim of the thesis is the evaluation of urban, technological, ecological, operational and economic aspects. The thesis seeks recommendations how to eliminate the risks associated with the restoration of industrial sites. Specific examples of renovation and reuse of industrial monuments in Prague lead to the formulation of general conclusions and recommendations for these objects. |
