| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je analýza potratovosti a její komparace na úrovni krajů České republiky. Dílčím cílem je zhodnocení rozdílů a nalezení příčin rozdílností mezi jednotlivými kraji ve sledovaném období od roku 2000 do roku 2016. V teoretické části je podrobněji rozebrána legislativa týkající se interrupcí, která platí na českém území od 19. století. Dále se tato část zabývá faktory, jež významně ovlivňují potratovost a nechybí ani popis klasifikace územních celků v České republice nesoucí název NUTS. Analytická část je zaměřena na detailní analýzu potratovosti v jednotlivých krajích na základě obecné míry potratovosti, věkově specifické míry potratovosti, podílu potratů žen dle jejich rodinného stavu a úhrnné potratovosti společně s úhrnnou plodností, jež spolu úzce souvisí. Z důvodu odstranění vlivu věkové struktury je použita metoda přímé standardizace. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyze abortion and to compare abortion in the regions of the Czech Republic. The partial aim is to assess the differences and to find the causes of these differences between the regions in the monitored period between years 2000 and 2016. In the theoretical part, the legislation concerning abortion, which has been applied in the Czech Republic since 19th century, is discussed in more detail. This part describes factors as well, which significantly influence the abortion. The theoretical part also contains the description of the classification of territorial units in the Czech Republic named NUTS. The analytical part of thesis is focused on detailed analysis of abortion in individual region based on the indicators of abortion, specifically the general abortion rate, the age-specific abortion rate, the proportion of the abortion according to marital status of women and the total abortion rate together with total fertility rate, that is closely related. The method of direct standardization is used to remove the influence of the age structure. |
