| Abstract: | Není tajemstvím, že existuje spousta teorii a metod ohledně vedení pracovních týmů. V danépráci jsou uvedené teoretické znalosti v rámci tématu vedení pracovních týmů, následně probíháanalýza typů manažerů a jak se různé typy rozhodují v konfliktech mezi nadřízenými a podřízenými hlavně během probíhajících projektů. Za hlavní cíl práce se považuje porovnáníteoretických znalosti z dané práce se skutečností z praxe. V praktické časti jsou získaná data z interview a názory současně pracujících manažerů ohledně stylu vedení pracovních týmů,leadershipu a potřebných vlastnosti pro dosažení největší výkonnosti. Dále se se získanými datyvyhodnocují současné trendy ve vedení, jak funguji vybrané metody vedení v praxi. V závěrujsou doporučení pro manažery ohledně vedení týmů v současné době. |

| Abstract: | It´s not a secret that there are a lot of theory and methods on the management of working teams.In this work are presented theoretical knowledge in the subject of the work, after it is followed bythe analysis of the type of managers and how the different types of managers decide in the conflictsbetween the superiors and the subordinates mainly during projects. The main purpose of the workis to compare the theoretical knowledge of the work and reality. In the practical part, has receivedthe interview data and the opinions of the current working managers about theirs team managementstyle, leadership and the most necessary features of managers that help to achieve the highestperformance. Additionally, the acquired data assesses current trends in leadership, how wellprovided management practices are done in practice, and then, in the end are recommendations formanagers on team management at present. |
