| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá konsolidovanou účetní závěrkou, přesněji vylučováním vzájemných vazeb mezi podniky v konsolidačním celku. V teoretické části práce jsou popsány teoretické aspekty, s kterými se lze při konsolidaci setkat, včetně dvou kapitol zaměřujících se především na vzájemné vazby ve skupině. Praktická část práce se zaměřuje na jednotlivé případy vzájemných vztahů a jejich vylučování včetně vyčíslení dopadů do účetnictví. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis deals with the consolidated financial statements, more precisely by eliminating the mutual relations between the companies in the consolidation unit. The theoretical part of this thesis describes the theoretical aspects that can be encountered in consolidation including two chapters focusing on the mutual relations in the group. The practical part of this thesis shows the individual cases of mutual relations and their exclusion including quantifying impacts on accounting. |
