| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem systému měření výkonnosti ve střední stavební firmě. V úvodní kapitole je popsáno členění nákladů, které je vhodné v oboru stavebnictví používat. Další kapitola se věnuje procesu stavební zakázky v zaměření na nutné dokumentace a využívané rozpočty. Třetí kapitola se zaměřuje na popsání kalkulace životního cyklu stavební zakázky, a to především z pohledu stavební firmy. V aplikační části je na počátku popsána vybraná stavební společnost. V navazujících kapitolách je zhodnocen přístup k rozpočtování zakázek a také k měření jejich výkonnosti tak, jak je ve vybraném stavebním podniku obvyklé. Cílem diplomové práce je navržení systému měření výkonnosti zakázek pro potřeby konkrétní vybrané stavební společnosti. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis is focused on the proposal of performance measurement system in the middle construction company. The opening chapter describes the cost breakdown that is appropriate for the construction industry. The next chapter deals with the process of building a contract, focusing on the necessary documentation and the budget that is beeing used. The third chapter describes the calculation of the life cycle costing of the construction contract, especially from the point of view of the construction company. In the application section is firstly described the selected construction company. The following chapters evaluate the approach to budgeting orders and also measure their performance as it is usual in the construction field. The aim of this diploma thesis is to design a system of performance measurement of orders for the needs of a particular selected construction company. |
