| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice pojistných podvodů v České republice. První část práce je teoretická a charakterizuje pojistný podvod, jeho právní úpravu, historii, členění pojistných podvodů a popisuje profil pachatele pojistných podvodů. Další část se zaměřuje na vyšetřování pojistných podvodů a prevenci. Cílem práce je analyzovat vývoj a trendy v páchání pojistných podvodů a nastínit možný budoucí vývoj. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with insurance fraud in the Czech Republic. The first part of the thesis is theoretical and characterizes insurance fraud, its legal regulation, history, breakdown of insurance frauds and describes the profile of the fraudster. The next section focuses on investigation of insurance fraud and prevention. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the development and trends in the making of insurance frauds and to outline the possible future development. |
