| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je věnována aktuálním otázkám v oblasti pojistných podvodů na pojistném trhu. V práci jsou popsány souhrnně pojistné podvody na pojistném trhu a dále zanalyzovány důvody páchání tohoto druhu trestného činu a odhalovány podvody a boje pojišťoven proti tomuto riziku. Práce začíná úvodem do problematiky pojistných podvodů. V následující části jsou vyjmenovány nejčastější druhy pojistných podvodů a jejich právní úpravy v zákoně. Dále se zaměřuje na příčiny těchto protiprávních jednání a indikátory, díky kterým jsou odhalovány. Celá práce se uzavírá popisem nástrojů, s nimiž pojišťovny bojují proti pojistným podvodům a tyto nástroje se prakticky ukážou na reálných případech, jež se staly v nejbližší době. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with the current issues in the area of insurance fraud in the insurance market. The thesis describes insurance frauds in the insurance market and also analyses the reasons for committing this kind of crime and reveals the frauds and fighting of insurance companies against this risk.The work begins with an introduction to the issue of insurance fraud. In the following part are the most common types of insurance frauds and their legal regulations. It also focuses on the causes of these infringements and the indicators that reveal them. All the work is concluded with a description of the tools with which insurance companies are fighting insurance fraud and these tools are practically pointing to real cases that have recently happened. |
