| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou veřejných zakázek ve městě Šumperk. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny pojmy, které jsou nutné pro pochopení analytické části (např. konkurenční efekt, postkontraktační chování). Následující praktická část je rozdělena na dvě kapitoly. V první z nich je provedena analýza veřejných zakázek ve městě Šumperk za období 2010–2016. V druhé z nich jsou komparovány výsledky předchozí kapitoly s daty za Českou republiku, popřípadě s daty za města Dačice a Třeboň. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor’s thesis is dedicated to analysis of public procurement in Šumperk. The theoretical part defines the terms that are necessary for understanding of the analytical part (e.g. competitive effect, post-contract behavior). The following practical part is divided into two chapters. In the first one, an analysis of public procurement in Šumperk for the period 2010–2016 is made. The second one compares the results of the previous chapter with data for the Czech Republic, eventually with data for Dačice and Třeboň. |
