| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá problematikou nemovitých věcí u podnikatelských subjektů řídících se českými právními předpisy. Cílem práce je popsat nejdůležitější aspekty nemovitých věcí během jejich životního cyklu. Zaměřuje se na účetní a daňová hlediska způsobů pořízení, provozu, zejména odpisů, technického zhodnocení a rezerv na opravy hmotného majetku, a také vyřazení nemovitosti. Dále podává přehled o daních týkajících se dané oblasti. Teoreticky popsaná problematika je aplikována na praktickou část zabývající se analýzou nemovitostí vykazovaných v účetních závěrkách vybraných společnosti developerského odvětví. |

| Abstract: | The thesis deals with the topic of real estate in business entities governed by the Czech law. The aim of the thesis is to describe the most important aspects of real estate during its life cycle. It focuses on the accounting and tax aspects of acquisition, operation, especially depreciation, capitalized subsequent costs and reserves for repairs of tangible assets, as well as disposal of real estate. It also provides an overview of the taxes related to the area. Theoretically described issue is applied to the practical part dealing with property analysis reported in financial statements of selected companies in the real estate development sector. |
