| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje účetním podvodům se zaměřením na podvody uskutečněné na území České republiky. Cílem je přiblížit různé praktiky podvodné činnosti, analyzovat motivy jednotlivých pachatelů této činnosti a pomoct k jejich následnému odhalení. Na základě těchto znalostí práce rozebírá mediálně známé a pro Českou republiku významné kauzy účetních podvodů. Sleduje případy, kdy tato činnost naplňuje skutkovou podstatu trestného činu zkreslování údajů v účetnictví podle české legislativy. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with accounting frauds focused on frauds committed in the territory of the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is to give an insight into the various practices of fraudulent activity, to analyze the motives of individual offenders and subsequently to help to the exposition of those. Based on this knowledge the thesis deals with well-known and significant cases of accounting frauds for the Czech Republic. It monitors the cases this activity fulfills the fact of the crime of data misstatement in accounting according to the Czech legislation. |
