| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce projektu Implementace směrnice GDPR v malé firmě je prováděna na základědat poskytnutých firmou Commerce Media s r.o. z oblasti e-mailového marketingu. Jedná seo oblast projektového managementu, ve které se využijí pravidla z předmětu Řízení projektu.Práce obsahuje teoretickou část, kde je vysvětlen hlavní pojem - směrnice GDPR a následněmetody, které pro práci použiji. Projekt je zaměřen na odhad nákladů a na časovou náročnostimplementace této směrnice, což bude danou firmu nejvíce zajímat. Praktická část je řešenav programu MS Project, kde jsou rozplánované jednotlivé kroky, jak se lze na tutoimplementaci v malé firmě připravit. v této části práce je přehledně zobrazeno, jak dlouho trvákaždá příprava, která musí být zahrnuta k implementaci směrnice GDPR, jež vejde v účinnost25. 5. 2018. v poslední části je shrnuto odchýlení od předpokládaného odhadu nákladůna přípravu projektu. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor's thesis The implementation of the GDPR directive in a small business is basedon data provided by the company Commerce Media s.r.o., which is active in the field of e-mailmarketing. The topic deals with project management, using rules taught in the ProjectManagement subject. The thesis consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoreticalpart explains the main topic of the thesis - the GDPR directive - and the scientific method thatis used in the practical part. The project focuses on the cost and time requirements of theimplementation of the directive, which is very important for the company. For the practicalpart, the MS Project software is used, where the individual parts of the implementationpreparation can be found. The thesis shows how much time each of the steps important for theGDPR (which enters into force on 25th of May 2018) takes. The final part of the thesis focuseson the deviation from the original estimation of the costs of the project preparation. |
