| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá reorganizací v České republice jakožto způsobem řešení úpadku dlužníků – podnikatelů a vlivem reorganizace na účetní zásady, vedení účetnictví a účetní výkaznictví. V teoretické části práce je popsáno insolvenční řízení, jeho průběh a způsoby skončení reorganizace. Praktická část práce se věnuje výzkumu již proběhlých reorganizací v České republice za období 2008 až 2017 a to na základě informací, které jsou veřejně dostupné v insolvenčním rejstříku. Je zjišťováno, zda existuje spojitost mezi plněním povinnosti zveřejňovat účetní závěrku a schopností dlužníka úspěšně skončit reorganizaci. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with reorganization in the Czech Republic as a way of solving bankruptcy of debtors – entrepreneurs and with impact of reorganization on accounting principles, bookkeeping and financial reporting. Theoretical part of the thesis describes the insolvency proceeding, its course and methods of termination of reorganization. Practical part of the thesis is devoted to a survey of realized reorganizations in the Czech Republic during the years from 2008 to 2017 based on information that is publicly available in the insolvency register. It is examined whether there is a link between the obligation to disclose the financial statements and the ability of the debtor to complete the reorganization successfully. |
