| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce pojednává o externím vedení účetnictví. Hlavním cílem je analyzovat výhody a rizika outsourcingu vedení účetnictví a stanovit klíčové parametry pro jeho realizaci. Praktická část se zabývá rozborem vztahu konkrétní účetní firmy poskytující outsourcingové služby v oblasti účetnictví a daní a jejího klienta. V rámci zkoumání současného stavu spolupráce je proveden podrobný popis fungování celého procesu od obdržení (vzniku) účetních dokladů až po odeslání finálních výstupů z účetnictví. Cílem práce je zhodnocení výhod a nevýhod současného nastavení outsourcingové spolupráce a předložení návrhu na zlepšení. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor's thesis focuses on an external bookkeeping. The main objective is to analyze advantages and risks of outsourcing the company’s accounting. Furthermore, thesis sets the key parameters for outsourcing. Practical part analyzes a relationship between a specific accounting company that provides outsourcing of accounting services and a tax and its particular client. Along with examining an actual situation of the cooperation between the both subjects a description of how the whole process operates from obtaining (issuing) accounting documents to sending final reports from the accounting company to a client. The main goal of the thesis is to evaluate advantages and disadvantages of the current outsourcing relationship and presentation of a proposal with a focus on improving this relationship. |
