| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na makroobezřetnostní politiku v kontextu hospodářského cyklu a její aplikace ve vybraných státech Evropské unie. Obecně je jejím cílem představení makroobezřetnostní politiky, jakožto poměrně nového systémového regulačního rámce v souvislosti s hospodářským cyklem na příkladu zemí Evropské unie. V kontextu tématu diplomové práce pak na vybraných státech Evropské unie práce ověřuje, zda se hospodářský cyklus v souvislosti s finančním cyklem jeví jako významný a také, zda a jak se projevuje jedno z hlavních opatření a nástrojů makroobezřetnostní politiky, aktivně využívané několika zeměmi (nejen Evropské unie) – proticyklická kapitálová rezerva. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis focuses on macroprudential policy in the context of the economic cycle and its application in selected countries of the European Union. In general, its aim is to introduce macroprudential policy as a relatively new systemic regulatory framework in the context of the economic cycle on the example of countries of the European Union. In the context of the theme of the diploma thesis, the work verifies whether the economic cycle in the context of the financial cycle appears to be significant in selected countries of the European Union and whether and what impact is having one of the main macroprudential policies instruments actively used by several countries (not only the European Union ) - countercyclical capital buffer. |
