| Abstract: | Tato práce má za cíl prezentovat účetní systémy v ČR a v Rakousku a poukázat na případné odlišnosti, ale i podobnosti mezi nimi. Práce v první části představuje místní účetní legislativy společně s definicí účetních jednotek a jejich povinnostmi. Ve druhé části je pozornost věnována účetním výkazům a jejich analýze a komparaci. Jako příklad jsou vybrané dvě reálné účetní závěrky společností, na kterých jsou teoretické informace aplikovány a následně analyzovány. V závěru práce jsou vytyčeny nejdůležitější poznatky ohledně společných a rozdílných aspektů. |

| Abstract: | This paper aims to present the accounting systems in the Czech Republic and Austria and to point out any differences but also similarities between them. The work in the first part presents local accounting legislation together with the definition of accounting units and their responsibilities. In the second part, attention is paid to accounting statements and their analysis and comparison. As an example, two real financial statements of companies are selected on which the theoretical information is applied and then analyzed. At the end of the thesis, the most important findings on common and different aspects are outlined. |
