| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou bankovních poplatků v České republice. Cílem mépráce je charakterizovat bankovní poplatky a poté je analyzovat a porovnat prosrovnatelné služby u dvou různých bank v České republice. Pro porovnání bude vybránajedna malá banka a jedna velká banka. Na základě toho bude vyhodnoceno, která z bankje pro klienty z hlediska poplatků výhodnější. Poplatky budou analyzovány v současnédobě i v minulosti pro zjištění jejich vývoje za posledních deset let. Dílčím cílem jezjistit pomocí dotazníku informovanost klientů o jejich poplatcích a jejich spokojenosts bankami. Autorka zjistila u dvou konkrétních bank velké změny v účtování poplatkůběhem minulých deseti let a celkovou výhodnost velké banky oproti malé bance.V dotazníku byla zjištěna vysoká míra informovanosti respondentů, jejich zájem o bankovní služby, důležitá kritéria pro výběr banky a přibližná spokojenost s jejichbankou. |

| Abstract: | The Bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of bank fees in the Czech Republic. The aimof my thesis is to characterize bank charges and then to analyze and contrast them forcomparable services at two different banks in the Czech Republic. One small bank andone large bank will be selected for comparison. Based on this, it will be evaluated whichof the banks is more advantageous for the clients in terms of fees. Charges will beanalyzed both at present and in the past to determine their development over the past tenyears. A partial goal is to find out the foreknowledge of the clients about their fees andtheir satisfaction with banks through the questionnaire. The author has identified a largechange in charging of fees for two particular banks over the past ten years and theoverall advantage of the large bank over the small one. The questionnaire revealed ahigh level of foreknowledge among respondents, their interest in banking services,important criteria for the bank selection and the relative satisfaction with their banks. |
