| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou implementace kalkulačního systému v konkrétní výrobní společnosti. V první části práce jsou zhodnoceny vývojové tendence v oblasti řízení po linii výkonů. V druhé části práce následuje představení a zhodnocení současného stavu kalkulačního systému společnosti. Na základě tohoto zhodnocení a teoretických poznatků z první části práce, je pro společnost navržen odpovídající kalkulační systém. |

| Abstract: | The master`s thesis is focused on the implementation of a costing system in a particular production company. The first part of the thesis evaluates the development tendencies in the area of prouduct oriented management. The second part of the thesis follows with the presentation and evaluation of the current state of the company's costing system. Based on this evaluation and the theoretical knowledge from the first part of the thesis, a corresponding calculation system is designed for the company. |
