| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá finanční a strategickou analýzou společnosti BILLA, spol. s r.o. v letech 2012 až 2016. Samotná práce se skládá ze dvou částí. Teoretická část je věnována podstatě finanční a strategické analýzy, jejím uživatelům, metodám, postupům a nástrojům. Praktická část se zaměřuje na představení společnosti BILLA a na provedení samotné finanční a strategické analýzy. Finanční analýza spočívá v horizontální a vertikální analýze účetních výkazů a ve výpočtu poměrových ukazatelů rentability, likvidity, aktivity, finanční stability, zadluženosti a solventnosti. Praktická část věnující se finanční analýze rovněž zahrnuje bonitní a bankrotní modely. V strategické analýze je provedena externí analýza s využitím PESTLE analýzy a Porterova modelu pěti sil a poté je provedena interní analýza. Na konci strategické analýzy je sestavena SWOT analýza. V závěru diplomové práce jsou shrnuty výsledky z provedené finanční a strategické analýzy. |

| Abstract: | This master's thesis deals with financial and strategic analysis of BILLA, spol. s r.o. in the period of 2012–2016. The work consists of two parts. The theoretical part is devoted to the core of financial and strategic analysis, its users, methods, procedures and tools. The practical part focuses on presentation of company BILLA and then on financial and strategic analysis itself. The financial analysis is based on horizontal and vertical analysis of financial statements and on calculation of ratio indicators of profitability, liquidity, activity, financial stability, indebtedness and solvency. The practical part devoted to the financial analysis also includes creditworthy and bankruptcy models. In the strategic analysis an external analysis is performed using the PESTLE analysis and Porter's five forces analysis and then an internal analysis is performed. At the end of the strategic analysis a SWOT analysis is compiled. The results of financial and strategic analysis are summarized in the conclusion of the thesis. |
