| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je identifikace specifik financování, účetnictví a finančního řízení v nestátních neziskových organizacích, spolu s částečným přesahem do problematiky daně z přidané hodnoty a daně z příjmů u těchto organizací. Teoretická část práce nabízí základní poznatky o neziskovém sektoru v ČR, struktuře jeho financování a přehled účetní a daňové legislativy. V rámci aplikační části jsou analyzovány specifika u konkrétní obecně prospěšné společnosti, včetně jejich zhodnocení a návrhů na zlepšení. Samostatné kapitoly jsou věnované problematice ocenění a účetního vykazování dobrovolnické práce a otázce účetního zachycení smluv o partnerství mezi neziskovými organizacemi. |

| Abstract: | The main goal of this master thesis is to identify the specific traits of financing, accounting and financial management of not-for-profit organisations, together with their VAT and income tax aspects. The theoretical framework covers essential information about the Czech nonprofit sector, its financing structure and an overview of not-for-profit accounting and taxation legislation. The practical part provides analysis of specific traits in the selected non-profit organisation, including their evaluation and suggestions for improvement. Separate chapters are dedicated to the topic of valuation and accounting for volunteer services and the topic of accounting for partnership agreements between not-for-profit organisations. |
