| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou účetnictví a daní individuálního podnikatele. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část je dále rozdělena do dvou kapitol, každá z nich se věnuje určitému tématu. První kapitola pojednává o právním postavení podnikatelů a seznamuje s regulací a organizací účetnictví v Kazachstánu. Druhá kapitola popisuje daňový systém a věnuje pozornost zvláštnostem zdanění individuálního podnikatele. Praktická část aplikuje danou problematiku na konkrétní příklad činnosti individuálního podnikatele, nabízí analýzu jeho finančních výkazů a detailní postup výpočtu daňové povinnosti. Práce se opírá o zákony, normativní právní akty, předpisy a další doporučení vydaná příslušnými orgány Republiky Kazachstán. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of accounting and taxation of an individual entrepreneur in Kazakhstan. The thesis consists of two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is further divided into two chapters. The first chapter defines the legal status of entrepreneurs and introduces to the regulation and organization of accounting in Kazakhstan. The second chapter describes the tax system and emphasizes particularities of taxation of an individual entrepreneur. The practical part applies the given issue to a specific example of the individual entrepreneur's activity, offers an analysis of his financial statements and a detailed procedure for calculating taxes. The thesis is based on laws, normative acts and recommendations published by the competent authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan. |
