| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je představení historických faktorů vývoje účetnictví v Rusku. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí. Zaprvé postupně seznamuje české čtenáře s předpoklady vzniku účetnictví a dále s etapami jeho formování až do sovětského období včetně. Druhá část se věnuje prozkoumání národních normativních právních norem upravujících účetnictví a vlivu Mezinárodních standardů účetního výkaznictví na vnitrostátní regulační rámec. Třetí kapitola pokračuje v popisu rozvoje účetnictví v současné době, zdůrazňuje důležitost přechodu na IFRS, zkoumá problémy účetního systému a nabízí jejich řešení a tendence budoucího vývoje. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to present historical factors of the development of accounting in Russia. The thesis is divided into three parts. Firstly, it gradually acquaints the Czech readers with the premises of the origin of accounting and with periods of its formation till the end of Soviet period. The second part is devoted to the review of the national legal norms of accounting and impact of International Financial Reporting Standards on the domestic regulatory framework. The third chapter continues to describe the current development of accounting, emphasizes the importance of changeover to IFRS, considers the problems of an accounting system and offers solution and the future development tendencies. |
