| Abstract: | Tématem této bakalářské práce je srovnání burz postsovětských států Ruska, Lotyšska a Arménie. V rámci první kapitoly jsou burzy porovnané z hlediska historie a dosavadního vývoje, organizační struktury i členství. Druhá kapitola se zabývá vybranými obchodními parametry jako jsou tržní segmenty, předmět obchodování, období obchodování, činnost market makerů, typy příkazů a vypořádání obchodů. V poslední kapitole praktické části této bakalářské práce bude provedena analýza základních statistických údajů, jimiž jsou indexy, objem obchodů, kapitálová přiměřenost, počet kótovaných cenných papírů. |

| Abstract: | The topic of this bachelor thesis is the comparison of exchanges of post-Soviet states of Russia, Latvia and Armenia. Within the first chapter exchanges are compared in terms of history and current development, organizational structure and membership. The second chapter deals with selected business parameters: market segments, instruments of trading, trading period, market maker activity, types of orders and settlement of trades. The last chapter, which deals with the practical part of this bachelor thesis will analyze basic statistical data: indices, volume of transactions, capital adequacy, number of listed securities. |
